Anyway, I was pretty taken aback at Kuga's personality, I thought she might have been raped after saying all that  . It's going to be interesting to find out why she acted like that. A split personality perhaps? As far as I know, it's only 1 person per Iris, but the end of the chapter made it seem as if Kuga is the one responsible for erasing people's Iris. If she does have a split persona, it could be possible that the 'good' side has the emotional-gauge Iris, and the 'bad' side has the Iris-erasing Iris.
I wonder if the fact that Toru asked about that guy's Iris(in this chapter) because he knew that he may not have had it anymore, though how he could have figured that out is a complete mystery to me. Nevertheless, his ability to see one step ahead and, in this instance, avoided having Koyuki hurt never ceases to amaze me =03.
