Spoiler for episode 7:
Exposition episode, mostly. Kyoko has a change of heart and she recounts her tragic past to Sayaka, which of course raised a gigantic death flag over her head. I thought she wouldn't even make it past this episode, but surprisingly, nothing happened to her. It's only a matter of time, I suppose. Anyhow, consider her part of the good guys now.
Sayaka was very shaken up by last week's revelation. So shaken up that now she's lost it. She knows she can kill. The end of the episode was creepy. She's shaping up to become the new antagonist. Green is surely going to regret giving her this ultimatum. After what Sayaka told Madoka ("for a moment, I thought it would have been better if she had been killed by the witch") and her descent into madness at the end of the episode, I certainly wouldn't be surprised if she murdered her.
Kyubey... oh boy, this will spark a lot of pointless debate once again. He clearly lacks any kind of morality or common sense. He tortured Sayaka just to prove a point. And he looked so proud of himself afterwards, just look at that smug face:

The "anything" refered to the whole soul gem thing. Homura answered she kept quiet because no one ever believed her. By the way, Kyubey stated Mami never noticed the true purpose of the soul gem. Had she known, maybe she wouldn't have tried to recruit Madoka and Sayaka.
