Hmm....did you beat Monsoon or not? After you got the Sai, it's pretty easy since after a short while it will charge up and make your target paralyze. Otherwise just keep wearing it down with weaker attack and parrying. Just don't use long combo.

I'm at Chapter 2, fighting Gorillas, Raptors, Skitters and a Grad in sewers.
The Gorillas' normal attacks I can deal with, but it's the grab that I don't have a counter for.
Raptors... Are annoying since they're three of them and they do the EMP stun thingy.
Skitters have that flamethrower attack.
The Grad... Is a tough SoB.
