But really, it is nothing serious. Just saying some possibilities. He was hinting really ambiguously and said that chihiro moment was not the only thing from that chapter. There will be something about Ayumi and another girl who suddenly appears who might look out of nowhere, but still foreshadowed.
Of course, it might be troll.
Edited: There is yet another explanation about that 'eroge route' thing. There was description about last remaining goddess that her personality is sort of 'weird'. Thus, we still have possibility that that words by Chihiro might actually be trolling by Goddess inside her.
