Set in modern Japan but with magic stuff happening behind the scenes, the main character, Touya, is sent to live with his cousins (both girls) after his father (supposedly) got in debt again and decided to pawn him off to the main family as their resident caretaker. Once he got to the town he was attacked by a suit of armour, and was saved by the younger sister of his cousins.
The plot was their family was descended from a sorceress' daughter, and after she died 50 years ago she left behind 99 artifacts, named 'witch craft', in the city and they have to fight off other factions that wants a share of these artifacts. In the old days she made those artifacts for her allies/family, but a number of them turned against her and used those artifacts to wreck havoc. Her side won, but it was a close victory. She sealed the 99 artifacts inside the city and those cannot leave the city, and the remaining factions are fighting over them. Once all 99 are gathered the 100th item will be created and it can be used to grant one wish.
Touya had more magical blood than his cousins, so he unlocked the main artifact of their family by accident and made a contract with it: #1, Lapis Lazuli, the caretaker/storage-unit of the other artifacts (which has a human form of a loli). He and his family have to make sure the artifacts don't fall into the wrong hands.

-Touya Tsujimine, male protagonist. In addition to having a contract with #1 he also have the #7 artifact, a trinket that can transform into different kinds of swords.
-Mayuka Tsujimine, the younger sibling of Touya's cousins. Holds Artifact #9, a sword made of enchanted ice that can change it's length.
-Rio Tsujimine, Mayuka's older sibling and the Kanade-expy. Current head of the family after the incident 3 years ago wiped out many fighters on all sides. Became a non-combatant after that incident.
-Lapis Lazuli, Artifact #1. The Artifacts are made with some of the sorceress' blood imbued in them, and the first 9 holds more blood and are thus more powerful. loli tsundere, though with more 'dere' than many other tsunderes I've seen.
-Setsuna, the instigator of the incident 3 years ago. Holds Artifact #4, 'Fenrir', a demonic lance. With this artifact that was the most combat-oriented she's a entire faction by herself. She lost control back then and wants to hunt down the artifacts to atone for her mistake, being responsible for Rio's condition. Neutral to the Tsujimine family, though Mayuka does not like her. Shure-expy.
