Currently there are 3 seinen moe~ 4-panel manga from these magazines that will be getting animated:

K-ON! (serialized in Manga Time Kirara)
GA Geijutsuka Art Design Class (serialized in Manga Time Kirara Carat)
Kanamemo (serialized in Manga Time Kirara MAX)

I actually like the idea of more 4-komas being turned into anime. They are not really laugh-out-loud-funny (with a few exceptions, of course), but they always try to give you a heart-warming and fuzzy feeling. And yes, I'm actually looking forward to these adaptations (now, if they mind to release more information together with the announcement... )

K-on! seems to be set for Spring 2009, though I can't really confirm this, myself (there are some changes to the website and the addition of a blog).
