Spoiler for Structure of SAO Novels:
Excuse me, this has been bugging me for a while. I don't read the novels, but I've heard that SAO actually only comprises the first volume and several side stories later on, with the story moving on to other games. And (this is the part that bugs me the most) the death game removed.
If so, what is the underlying theme of this story? What is the main conflict/ point of interest to justify continuing the story after Aincrad arc?
You know, like how .Hack series deals with epitaphs and AIs and comatose players, To Aru deals with all that science and magic mumbo jumbo, things like that.
EDIT: not sure, but if this post is too spoilerific, please just add the tags mods, thanks.
