I'd mainly talk about advertising, if your starting a company it usually takes a while before you can actually do movies (e.g build up cash and a reputation) or tv shows.
You could start looking at tv networks, try and find out what programs they asked for in their next commissioning budget then pitch an animation that fits it with a budget.
