Does Moon-Kagari and Terra-Kagari can communicate with each other ?

Considering it seems like Terra-Kagari was expecting Kotarou during Terra route, I'm inclined that she somehow able to communicate with Moon-Kagari subconsciously or consciously.

I guess the answer to that depends on how happy you want the ending to be.
