EF: A Tale of Memories and Sola are both favourites for me. There's also Moon Phase, although most people (myself included) tend to see the two leads in that show as having more of a sibling-like relationship than a romantic one due to the fact the girl is like 14.

I would second a few of the previous suggestions but it looks like a lot of them are on your list already (Hanbun no Tsuki, Toradora, Hatsukoi, Kimi no Todoke).
