I haven't had a bad product from Amazon yet. When I had issues before they generally correct them in less than an hour of me reaching a representative. It's why I usually order my games and such from them nowadays.
As I still haven't forgiven Gamestop all those years ago when I bought WoW and my box had no discs or key to actually play the game.
