I thought it was interesting that the Japanese addressed him as "Doyle-sensei." I know they address all authors as that, but addressing a western author with the sensei honorific was pretty neat.

I laughed because I was remembering
Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-ohki (where the narrator was the voice of Kagato) and all the girls wear towels as is normal for anime but Ryoko refuses to do so.
