It is true that Kubo-sama himself designed the characters, but he did not write the storyline of the fillers. However, in the third movie, you'll see that Kubo-sama is one of the planners. Unlike in the previous movies, he was only credited for creating Bleach and new characters. I'm stating facts and if you'd want me to dig out what the informations regarding to what I just stated, I'd be elated to-- but just give me a few days to do it, k? I have school and all... TT___TT after all.
