Maybe because the helicopter has left that area, so that means it's safer to move around there.
Also because of Ayayse needing a wheelchair and that slows the group down a little, it's harder to move around with her. But leaving her alone in such a dangerious place, doesn't seem to be an option to me. So Tsugumi (who is also the closest to ayayse)had to stay behnd with her.
