See now, even though I don't read the manga, there is a high probability that grimmjow will lose. Why? Cuz other people have read the manga and they wouldn't give a title like this-
"Time of conclusion, End of Grimmjow"
"Ketteik no toki, Gurimujō no saigo" (決着の時、グリムジョーの最後)
if grimmjow is going to win even if it's fake. Even if it's fake, those manga people would at least come up with a believable title since they already know what will happen in the manga.
