Nope... I ordered some parts and I have the invoice number.
Last time they emailed to me (August 14) that they're still processing since they're doing all the replacement parts order BEFORE August. Here's what they told me

The orders #00575 and #00586 are July order and order #00549 is June order. At this time, we still have not receive any June orders from the manufacturer due to their extreme delays recently. Over the past few months, the manufacturer really affected our decision in stopping the replacement parts services because they either missed our orders or take them months to get here. At this time, we will continue to contact them and try our best to get all the parts we have ordered. Once we receive them, we will ship it to you as soon as possible. Sorry for this long delay and any inconveniences.
