So? Nanoha was still using Raising Heart. Fate is still using Bardiche. And yet both learned new spells and tricks in the interim between series. Erio has learned Zanbar form as of SSX. Just because he couldn't fly in StrikerS, doesn't mean he can't now. Not saying he can, either, but until I see a scene of him conscious and falling...
