Both Arclight as well as Blade dont remember the past... also everything said is learned from the past. And the 2nd has been dead for a rather long while now. Disk is 100 years old, thus the 2nd has been dead long before that so nobody is alive that remembers what happend.
And what Arclight realy said is the *jewlbox theory*. that they stole the 2nds powers after killing him.
