It's official - Laxus is Wizard Saint-class. Makarov's expression was hilarious, like he's saying, "Why is there 3 Wizard Saint-class people in my guild - not including me!?".
So if Laxus was able to come out on top, this means that he who is 'roaming the earth' is still that much higher...? o_0
But Mavis looked sooo lovely this chapter as well...
