Reminds me of the people who want anime to be 'what it was before' - because they have the mistaken impression that in the 80s/90s, anime was all dark stories (because that was what was often translated at that point). |
As far as Europe is concerned, I blame the importer Manga Entertainment for giving the wrong impression that every anime are and should be "metal", dark and edgy.
