I managed to use AGTH sucessfully on After... and After Sweet Kiss, but all I got is the copied Japanese text. I guess that I need to use another software together with it, such as a previous poster said Atlas.

Well, that's because most download links for Atlas are warez. However, Fujitsu has a
trial version of Atlas V13 which is perfectly legal to download, and it is fully functional except for a 30 day limit.
