I looked at my shuffle artbook and they have a similar out fit, the only difference being that the colour scheme is Purple and yellow not black and yellow but other than that it's the same.
The shoes she wears with the outfit are cork wedges with criss crossing black ribbons on the shoes and they continue to criss cross a little past her ankle where she has tied them in a bow at the front.
