In answer to your question - Kaiki doesn't seem to dislike her at all. Hitagi dislikes what he does but doesn't exactly hate him either, doubtless she likes him a bit more after he helps her.
Hitagi certainly doesn't love him at this point, more like she doesn't wish him ill will but doesn't hate him either. The two are casual acquaintances, any actual interest in each other was blown apart because of the Hitagi Crab incident.
