Nope, she's devoted to Araragi as is made clear in Koi and repeated in some of the later parts of Owari. There's no romantic feelings on her end and it doesn't seem like there are on his. It's hard to tell with Kaiki, it seems more like that he's slightly regrets that he couldn't help her - in a similar way to how Araragi thinks about Nadeko post Koi. Though obviously Araragi is much more overt and open to the reader about his feelings on the matter.
