Just a counter experience. I've had no issues with shipping charges with yesasia. I have run into the not saying what they have but they remove it from your order and don't charge you. (Then again, they usually don't say they have it, just "takes x days to acquire".) As for the prices, they vary. For manga, they are good.

The romanji is usually on the even # episodes and the english is usually on the odd episodes. Some shows like gatekeepers have both tracks at once. They never have a kana track though.
