Well, we have not heard Youko's lead in yet, but of the five of them I would say that while the VA for Karen is the best in my book, voicing Karen per se and singing may be a different story.
As regards ep 9 it was more of the same ole enjoyable Kirara goodness. Honoka is an excellent companion to everyone, and once again shows she is definitely "thick as thieves" with Shino. ^^
