Her name's Kiryuu Kasumi. She's actually a ghost haunting the school. To get to her route requires an elaborate path (basically, it's not meeting up with the same girl more often than another - you kind of "cycle" through them). When you meet her, things get kind of whacky (she kind of reminds me of Marian from To Heart 2 X-Rated). Eventually you meet a second girl who looks like a younger version of her - Kiryuu Asumi, Kasumi's younger sister. Apparently something happened between them and Kasumi died in the process and Asumi is feeling guilty abou it. Eventually Kasumi says to her it's okay or something and moves on.
