Kaguya - godsend charismatic harem princess aka money cow, so hard to dislike her.
Schneizel el Britannia - the most charismatic villain ever in CG, deserving full name being mentioned.
Cornelia - Milady you'd make a great D&D assassin/rogue/blade dancer. Shooting down V.V. is but one minor feat of yours.
