I guess my question then is, does tsukiyomi have defined parameters or is it just generic name for mangekyou related genjutsu...in the fight with sasuke and danzo, tobi narrates that sasuke has a weak version compared to itachis because itachis alters time. does tsukiyomi mean a genjutsu that alters time. if so, itachi is the only one with it...then how is this moon plan suppose to play out?...im bored is all
