Same way it works when you use a single type attack against a dual type Pokemon, I'd assume. Just it checks two types instead of one. It really isn't complicated.

Dream world says no. Not the standard metagame, anyway. They care about their legendary everywhere 2v2 4 Pokemon metagame.
