Abdulla and Jeet getting taken out is no surprise. We all knew that some of the participants would end up being fodder. Too many characters to focus on otherwise. I agree that the mera fruit will most likely fall into Burgess' or Fujitora's hands. Either scenario would be more interesting for the story.
