I like speculating while the series is running. But after the ending, everything that is central in the story has to be clear. For instance, I'll never forgive Gen for not properly explaining why Walpurgis was so strong. Considering that the existence of Walpurgis is what make the climax possible, it should have been explained properly. The ending is cheapened a lot because of this. Although I know most people don't care because "god" Madoka was so super duper awesome that they just forgot about everything else. It's kinda sad, as it shows that even though the writing isn't half bad, the popularity of the show is primarily due to its shock value.
