It was only a matter of time before Sumire would be found out. And to think that Sawako knew it all along, not to mention that Mugi set her 'little sister' up to join the LMC and carry on being the soul of the club: serving tea and sweets.

The most fascinating bit is that she is the one responsible for getting Mugi interested in girl/girl relationships by showing her yuri manga.

And it seems like Ui found herself a fellow siscon. I can already hear Mugi saying: "All according to plan".
