There's still a niggling confusion for me after watching that last episode. Prince Mohan says near the end that Prince Baka putting the ring on himself was completely unexpected and therefore the plan failed. In that case, what would have been the desired/planned outcome?

Mohan knew the plan and the calculated risk the princesses was taking, that Prince Baka may NOT place the ring on his finger.
Knowing his completely twisted personality, she creating a trap baiting him by placing the ring on her own finger impersonating Magura independence revolutionary taking a calculated risk that he may not consider marrying her revolutionary persona.
Mohan didn't think his twisted brother was that twisted resulting to his surprised reaction when he swallowed the trap bait, hook and sinker.
