I gave it a two, but only because I'm feeling especially generous tonight. Grievances:
1) The animation in this movie had to be some of the worst I've seen. I mean, seriously, the Lee vs. Big Guy fight? Although clearly the animators tried to make it seem really impressive by making the pace as fast as humanly possible, I just have to say DEAR GOD THE SPEED LINES.
2) Fuck Hikaru. Seriously.
3) Michiru is fat. He fell at least ten to fifteen feet in that fall. These two factors combined means that his neck should be anything but in tact. Michiru should be a goddamn zombie now.
4) The only reason this movie gets a two is Ishidate. The mere idea of a ninja taking control of the Eye of Sauron is pretty much the most awesome thing I've ever seen. I only wish he could have gone crazy with it at the end, without that goddamn tiger getting in the way.
5) You know what? Fuck Hikaru.
