So I heard you hated the squandered premise of IS.
Spoiler for Meister Babylon's [The Infinite Stratos] prototype snippet:
Infinite Stratos, the only source of power in this unbalanced world.
A power that refused to be granted to him. Because of how he was born.
Because he was a man.
Ichika lashed out in fury, fist clanging on the suit hull.
Because he was weak, he not only failed to protect anyone, he hurt them too.
He punched the Stratos again, resenting, fuming, at himself, at Stratos, at the world turned on its head around him.
“I believed in you, Stratos!” he roared. “You were supposed to change this world, not destroy it!”
To his surprise, a hum droned through the empty hangar.
[Candidate detected. Initializing pre-flight check...]
Orimura dropped his hand, and his jaw too. As the Kurogane suit kneeling before him pulsed awake with power coloring its gray steel to olive green, Ichika stumbled backward. The air around the machine swirled to life as its thrusters warmed, blinding the boy with its brilliance.
“What in...!!”
[Will you give up being a human being?]
So I put a reboot in your stratos so you can stratos while you boot the original author out.
(The crossed out line is a joke. No vampires in my reboot.)
