Chances are good Shiin and Yukari have simply ridden the liferaft to the other side of the river, and gone over the border/ out of bounds for Minaka's "game" and are facing a similar situation to Shigi and #95.

Come to think of it, Yukari leaving on a life raft really isn't out of character for her. She's always been about the path of least resistance.

She wanted into "Japan's greatest obstacle" too, but rather than risk becoming a "repeater" like her brother, went to a lesser school, and got it easily.
