Hanekawa taught to Senjougahara how to behave more normally. The "sama" is just a kind of joke, though she did respect Hanekawa greatly.

The first appearance of Ononoki was funny, but there is not much going on in the book, and I felt disappointed after the long wait. Still, I liked how the climax was resolved and the way it ended.
It made me think there will be an extra book. I don't think the big event that happened during the second season can be covered in one of the remaining books.
