Yeah i am sorry... i shouldnt be screwing around in the Q&A...i havent followed the Anime for months (perhaps a year) so i wouldnt know..
But i would think this: The Ice cream starts to melt (right now probably almost everything is gone)...so they decided to throw some new flavor between the melting ice... to lure more children and/or costumers.
Till the new type of Ice is done developing.
