I don't know but with SO much time to gather and use the data obtained from the failure of previous units i hope Teana's Ochstan and Signum's giant flaming machete are less crappy (that is, not being damaged/destroyed in one-to-three swings and, if possible, dealing some effective damage to the oponent).

With that said... Boys and Girls, Record 23 has been FINALLY tranlated in Spanish (for some reason chinese scans has been VERY scarce this time xDU). So i'm here with the traditional summary so let's go xD!

Chapter 23: Grendel II

- A little narration (probably Cinque) explains briefly what happened the last chapter and we see Cinque giving positions. TSAB soldiers are ordered to from a barricade, Erio and Caro are assigned to stop the escaping Carter and Lolo while Tohma must disuade the remaning criminals Quinn and Cypha. Isisi will search the sniper (Maria) and Signum will make an intervention into the battle now that her AEC-Equipement have arrived courtesy of Alto. Signum is annoyed about how ruched up things are but is confident she'll manage to capture the criminal this time.
- Alto arrives in the Helicopter Model JF704 with the equipement and reinforcements, also adresses herself as Section Six's official pilot (poor Vice xDU).

-Record 24: Grendel II-

- Cypha tell Tohma to stay and look at her fight with Quinn while telling Erio and Caro to go after the escaping Grandels, Cinque tells them they had no option but follow what Cypha said so they leave but not before Erio tell Tohma to remeber what he learnt about "identifying the fundaments of the battle" and "remebering the face of the most important person around" then they fly away on one of Caro's shields.
- Quinn and Cypha prepare to fight, the former identifies the latter as the Huckebein Family's "Bird of Disgrace". Cypha taunts Quinn by talking about the gap between them in terms of the infection's duration, combat experience and the feeling of having it, the Grendel attacker retorts by saying numbers doesn't matter into the conversation and Cypha finally seals things by saying this is not a nice conversation between girls and gives Quinn an ultimatum to say what she wants to say after beginning the fight.
- Quinn's answer is to start the fight by aiming at Cypha's Cervical Vertebrae with her sword, Tohma ask Lily to activate the energy transitive view (probably his terminator-like vision) and the cut hits Cypha's neck clearly. But Cypha is unscatched and Quinn's sword breaks...
- Cypha guess Quinn's attack was probably an "Axe" and ask Tohma if he was able to see the attack. The kid answer by explaining he saw particles emerging from the tip of Quinn's sword in the shape of an Axe, Cypha explains that the particles expelled from the sword make the attack adn the effects requested by the sword which is a high-level ability. Lily ask if she's also able to do that and Cypha confirms she's able to do so but shotting from the sword instead of re-shaping the energy (hence, Cypha's iceberg destroying sword-beams) the Huck also mentions it's also possible to shoot energy from the your fingertips with enough skill which is convenient for unarmed combat.
- Cypha also explains the energy vision is necessary to undestand the flow of the otherwise "invisible" attack, then she mocks Quinn by saying she isn't even a challenge for her and tells Tohma if he want to take care of her. Quinn doesn't take the comment well and claims that being youg doesn't make her weak (poor little thing xDU) and proceed to react her Divider "VG4 Reacted -Gradion-" by cutting her arm. She says the young Carter and Lolo are very strong so being called young by Cypha is a compliment. Announce herself as Grendel Family's official attacker "Quinn Garland" and says she's gonna kill the Bird of Disgrace and the Zero.
- Maria is complaining to Quinn for being so rash to engage in such a battle and finds difficulties to snipe cause she's running to find a good spot to support her comrade. Quinn is furious and say Cypha and Tohma are an insult to Lolo, their Leader and the Grendel Family in general. Maria pleads Quinn to resist as she's about to get to the place...
- Isis appears on Maria's way and request her to surrender peacefully. Maria snarks a bit about the inconvenient situation.
- Meanqhile, Erio and Caro are pursuing the escaping Grendels and are surprised to see how fast are they driving a truck. Lolo calls herself the "Super Driver Lolo" despite not having a drving licence while Carter root for her to hit people with the truck xD. The barricade ordered by Cinque appear and is conformed by TSAB soldiers with standard equipement, so all Carter needs to do is to shoot a couple of bullets to scare away the barricade xDU Erio and Caro are desperate cause they're about to escape when...
- Teana appears on a motorcycle with her new AEC-Equipement and Friedrich and join the kids in the capture of the runaway vehicle.
- Back to Cypha's fight, Quinn is battling her with all her effort but Cypha mantain the upper hand, Tohma tells the Huckebein he thinks Quinn isn't weak at all, that her speed and extravagant moves are proof of it, Lily is about to continue the talki but is cut short by Cypha slashing Quinn's neck. The Huckebein Ace mocks her opponent by saying that strong girls also cry and that is a shame to see how Grendel's main attacker is crumbling, then proceed to continue the attack by slashing her neck for a total of 12 times, Tohma and Lily acknowledges Cypha's strenght and the battle ends....
- Cypha reaveals the Grendel family works for Vandin Corporation and offers Quinn to spare her life if she shares her information about Reactor and Divider 1 and 2. Quinn nonchantaly tells Cypha to GTFO and kill her. Cypha is about to do that exact thing when Tohma stops her claiming Cypha musn't kill her, the Huck swordswoman retorts at Tohma's softness but the boy insist on preventing her from killing Quinn. Cypha ask for the reason and Tohma reasumes everything in one sentence: "...because i and Lily can't stand it!" and Lily also supports his claim. Cypha seems surprised and ultimately tell Quinn she's lucky and warns Tohma that he was just lucky to find her in a good mood today and call him on his selfishness.
- Tohma says Cypha will become stronger for allowing this and that he also have learned a lot today. Cypha takes the Gradion VG4 Divider with her and is about to leave when a meteor lands in front of them...
- Signum and Agito appear and greet Cypha (Signum: "...long time no see, Huckebein"), then thank her for all the info she spilled and taunt Cypha by tell the bird of disgrace to accompany her to the cabin to hear the rest of the story. Cypha taunts back by asking Signum if she really thinks she's gonna complay to her demands. The Blazing General respond by telling Cypha she's capable of forcing her to comply if she wants.
- Signum and Cypha tell both Tohma to retire in unison xDU Tohma is surprised to see them btoh willing to start a fight right there and Lily makes a note about them having to take care of Quinn anyway.

A quick chapter due to all the action but also a bit info heavy as it gives the firsts explanations of how the Eclipse energies actually work. Cypha keeps her smug attidue by mocking the living hell out of poor Quinn xDU. And Signum is still trying to appear intimidating (please Signum, feats not words).

Quinn comes out as a decent fighter but as we witnessed with Signum almost two years ago "decent" is not enough to fight a Huckebein, only awesome people can do that. Also throw away her "emotionless girl" look once Cypha started to press her buttons like a keyboard and ended up loosing her cool and crumbling just like Cypha said. The Grendel family seesm to be a more relazed version of the Huckebein as they're far more uhm... "cartoonish" xD Like a super powered Team Rocket of sorts xDU

EDIT: Well, i find that japanese apparently can be interpreted in different ways since some of the wording it's a bit different from what rxrx told us before. It have more or less the same meaning but some sentences are pretty different indeed.
