Another great episode, week in week out this show has delivers the goods
. Though, I'm a bit dissapointed in Lawrence, or rather the way the Lawrence-Horo relationship works out - I wanted to see Lawrence telling Horo off for a change, but, I guess that's not going to happen any time soon
.
As for Amarty's reaction, meh, I wasn't particularly disappointed. He was a pretty-boy after all, and he had just fallen to Horo's charm. It's not like he was really in love with her, and they say his losses weren't that bad, although it must have been quite a bad shock. I think the line ' This is punishment for trying to steal someone else's woman' (along with , maybe on part of my imagination, a slightly sheepish look on amarty's face) sums it up. From the perspective of the Spice and Wolf world, I would guess he'd move on without too much trouble (dont quote me on that, I haven't read the novels)
