This is an idea that has intrigued me with the latest chapter release. I an sure that many are aware of the fact that Naruto's and the Kyuubi's chakra reserves are slowly but surely merging together as one. When the merger is complete it is more than likely that the seal Yondaime placed on Naruto's stomach will disappear (since all seals have to break eventually this is a logical assumpion). What I would like to discuss is theories about what happens after the seal is gone as well as other possibilities.

The way I see it there are 2 possibilities:
1) The Kyuubi will take over Naruto's mind and become the dominant of the 2.

-OR-

2) Both Naruto and the Kyuubi reach a sort of "spiritual balence/agreement" and the Kyubi's power becomes Naruto's kekkei genkai (Bloodline limit).

Keep in mind that these are just theories that may or may not become fact. Also notice that I didn't include a possibility that the Kyuubi just goes away. This is because, wheter we like it or not, the Kyuubi is an essential part of Naruto's character. Naruto would never have turned out the way he had if it weren't for the Kyuubi.
