Well Shinso Tsukune, first of all you should put spoiler tags around you're post, since not everyone wants to be spoiled about the events of the latest chapter.
Spoiler for 32:
Apart from that, I doubt this event that we see lead to the Shuzen families destruction, though they probably weren't the same kind of family as they where ... before this happened.
Also I doubt that Akasha is going to die ... if the author has some kind of role for her again ... and since she's the one that defeated Alucard in the past .. .and with her being a Shinso vampire, Akasha might be the only one who has an idea on how to defeat Alucard ... who's pretty much going to be the final antagonist ... so Akasha is probably going to appear again, since she's the one that has defeated Alucard in the past ... and with her being a Shinso vampire, she's probably the only one that can teach Moka and Tsukune ... how to use their Shinso vampire abilities properly.
Basically I can think about a lot of things ... that require Akasha being still alive, though because Alucard has been revived by ... Moka, she probably needed to go into hiding. So there are still chances that Akasha has survived through this ... but, at this point I can't think about some conclusive evidence that might point out this. So, we have to wait and see how things go from here ... maybe the next chapter will say something more, about Akashas's chances of surviving this.
