Unfortunately it doesn't matter how many other hints that titans need sunlight we get, we still have many other facts and hints that titans can still operate and transform without sunlight.
The only thing that I can think of is that the body somehow can store sunlight as a reserve and still run with it for a while. Supposedly that power will eventually deplete and the titan will require more sunlight to function again.
There's the problem that we see Eren transforming twice without direct sunlight and it is heavily hinted that Ymir transformed in the middle of the night during that flashback with Christa. That would imply that even the human body can have such energy reserve.
That should be true even for Annie, Reiner and Berthold unless it's a special ability of Eren and Ymir.
In the end we need more clarifications.
