You are a young'un .. that's for sure. Oh, I remember when I was still a teen, oh the trouble I would get in to.
As for the acne, you should see a doctor, it may sound silly but I had significant acne on my forehead when I was a bit younger than you. They'll try a range of different things and one of them will usually work. It'll pass as well as your hormone levels regulate.. I sound like an old man..
