I liked the RPG part. You know, the part the shooter gamers ignore or fast forward through.
And I wanted the plot to go the way I wanted. ME2 had an unintuitive system of choices to get what I wanted. Role Play was next to impossible if I want loyalty from everyone.
It was a chore. And there was two points in the game when I stopped playing for days out of frustration. But I wanted the story.
Let's just say I was happy to play ME1 several times, but I am not touching ME2 again now that I finished it.
