If you collected all 13 orbs...only a few minor details will change, but you can still play through the game with no problem at all. Oh, and you can't collect light orbs anymore. However, if you don't mind starting all over, go to your game directory and find the file save999 and delete it--that'll wipe your record clean and clear.
