Actually, there ARE some exceptions, though the only ones that come to my mind now are from part 4. I'm pretty sure Surface (that puppet stand that became a clone of Earth-1 Josuke) was one that was visible to normal folks. I'm also certain Stray Cay was visible to everyone, as well (though I guess maybe non-stand users can't see the air bullets he shoots out).....
