There IS a reason Tiamat is considered to be the strongest dragon king. It probably wouldn't be hard to hold it for days, weeks, or months on end.
Kiryuu also just kind of comes and goes. It would be one thing if she was around 24/7 but she isn't. As far as I remember the best Saji has been near her is merely in passing. Ophis has never even met Kiryuu. She seems to have done a good job avoiding those who possibly could see through it.
Also as long as no one is looking for something, they are less likely to notice even minor signs. No one has any reason to suspect anyone in the school due to the treaty so they don't try. However now that they know there is a mole, they will be more on guard and looking for those small signs.
However, she happens to be in the same class as Ise and whenever she shows up Ise is always close by. It would be all too easy for those who could sense it a little to simply mistake it as just being Ise. Ise and Saji would pretty much be a perfect diversion.
I'm not saying that it is definitely her but the chances are there.
