i dont recall being too confused back when i finished the game, i assumed it was luke and didnt really notice the differences, i just amounted them to the time spent since when they beat van. i was more confused back then to how he survived.

this time around im definately more confused as to who the person was. im also under the impression that its luke inside ashe's body. if you look at the sequence: lorelai envelopes the pair, luke starts to disappear, then you see ashes hand twitch and you cant see luke in the background at this point so obviously he was either gone/dead or transferred in (possibly as thanks from lorelai) bringing the 2 back together. ashe's soul had already merged into luke after his death (with luke being the dominant/still alive soul) so now the bodies are basically merged, they are a new entity, but with luke at the helm. at least, thats what i believe.

aaah, i hope they release some short ova/d/n's or stuff. i really was looking forward to some scenes such as the bathhouse scene, or the conclusion to the nephilim arc (i couldnt beat this in the game! i dont know how that ends lol). :3 cant wait til the next talesof adaption. whats the bets on the next release? finish off the second arc of symphonia, or start another one such as legendia, vesperia or even the destiny stories :O

Tales of Grace is supposed to be the next game released I do hope they do come with an OVA with all those extra little side quests from the game though.

There was an interview awhile back asking whether it was Asch or Luke as the last man standing but all the response was "It is whoever you think it is". - What a cop out right? but im still a firm believer it was Luke
